Each Mana Lā product is made-to-order and crafted exclusively for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept refunds. In case you are not happy with your item once received, we will be happy to exchange it for something else. Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the date your item was delivered and shipping must be paid for by the customer.
We will accept exchanges as long as the piece is unworn and remains in its glorious original condition. Please contact before shipping your exchange and we will be pleased to provide you with exchange instructions.
We offer2-4 business days processing time on all orders. Shipping will automatically be calculated based the weight and number of items you are ordering.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic US orders are sent via USPS First-Class Mail, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are sent via USPS International Priority Mail. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
